Prochem Ultrapac Renovate A217 | 5L Heavy-Duty Restoration Cleaner

Prochem Ultrapac Renovate is a highly concentrated, solvent-free industrial cleaner designed for professional restoration and deep cleaning tasks. It effectively lifts carbon, soot, smoke, grease, rubber, and ingrained soils from a wide range of surfaces including carpets, walls, floors, and hard surfaces.

• Heavy-duty multi-surface cleaner
• Solvent-free cationic formula neutralises electrical charge to “pull out” soils
• Ideal for fire restoration, filtration soils, and draught marks
• Highly effective on polypropylene (olefin) carpets
• Deodorises during application
• Red liquid with floral fragrance
• pH: 12 (concentrate) / 10.5 (diluted)

Dilution & Usage:

• Normal soil: 10–20ml per litre of warm water (1:100 to 1:50)
• Heavy soil/restoration: 50ml per litre (1:20)
• Ceiling cleaning: Add 50ml B151 Oxibrite per 5L of A217 solution
• Pressure washing: Mix 1 part A217 with 4 parts water

Apply by sprayer, sponge, or floor machine. Allow 2–5 minutes dwell time, scrub if needed, then rinse thoroughly. For carpets and fabrics, follow with Prochem B109 Fibre & Fabric Rinse.
